This is the third time the user makes the same edits to the article, which I cancel. There are two edits - on the first he gives a link to the non-authoritative opinion of a journalist. He does not give any reference to the second edit - this is his personal opinion. How can you limit its vandalism and inappropriate editing?

The above user is constantly vandalising the Vietnamese project by injecting their biased opinion of hatred towards the Russian Federation into Ukraine-related articles or reversing other users' contributions, of course after creating a perfect cover by making a large number of insignificant edits. Since every single edit on any Wikipedia is recorded in text, moderators can easily follow their edit history and investigate their vandalism.
